MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT MENU

The account menu is where you’ll find everything you need to manage your Adacado account. In this guide, we’ll go over each option in the menu and explain how it helps you update your account settings, review billing information, manage multi-users or access reports. Whether you’re adjusting preferences or updating account information, this guide will help you navigate the account menu with confidence.

Accessing the Account Menu

To access your account menu, log into the platform and click “Active…” in the upper right corner.

Account Menu

The account menu provides various options for managing your Adacado account. Explore each option to understand its functionality and manage your account settings effectively.

Account & Payment Info

This option takes you to your account and payment settings, where you can update the information associated with your account.

1. Account Settings

  • Account name (Active User is a default account name)
  • Company name
  • Address

2. Password

  • This menu is only visible to users who signed up with email/password instead of their Google accounts.

3. Billing

  • Add/update payment information.
  • Enable/disable Freemium Ads advertiser.
  • Update billing address (default is the one provided during sign-up).
  • Update billing email address (default is the one provided during sign-up).

4. Support

  • Adacado offers tiered customer support plans.
  • After providing valid credit card information, you can upgrade to a paid support plan (Silver or Gold) or downgrade to the Standard (free) support plan.

5. Options

  • Enable/disable Campaign Guide.
  • Enable/disable Quick Fill Configuration.
  • Enable/disable Creative Editor Configuration.
    • Autosave with delay configuration
    • Automatically edit all related elements across all ad sizes when editing a single creative element.
    • Auto-expand all ad sizes when editing creative

Manage Accounts

This option allows you to manage multi-user functionality within Adacado. Multi-user functionality enables multiple users to work independently or collaboratively while sharing a single billing account. This feature helps you efficiently manage your advertising activities and resources.

  • Manage multi-users.
  • Click the “Invite” button in the upper right to send invitations to add users to your billing account.
  • Assign, edit, or remove roles for each user.

2. Teams

  • Click “New Team” in the upper right corner to create a new team.
  • Manage team settings and membership.

Manage Invoice

At the end of each month, we send you a billing email with a link to view your invoice. Please note that we don’t send the invoice directly to the billing account email. You must access the invoice page within the Adacado platform either by the link provided in your billing email or by accessing the “Manage Invoice” page from your account menu.

Reports

  • 11 advertiser KPI reports, including the “Sold Inventory” report (for auto only), are available for download, each specific to an individual advertiser.
  • 12 KPI reports, including the “Sold Inventory” report (for auto only), are available for download by date, covering all advertisers within your billing account.
  • Billing records are updated daily. You can download billing data for all advertisers in your billing account by selecting a date and going to the account menu > “Reports” > “Other Reports”.

4. Report Upload

  • Set up daily report exports for all advertisers associated with your billing account. Currently, Amazon S3 buckets are the only available export option.
  • To set up automatic S3 Bucket exports:
    1. Click the “Report Upload” in the left navigation bar.
    2. Switch on the “Enable Export” toggle.
    3. Enter the following information:
      • Bucket Name
      • Enter Access Key ID
      • Access Key
      • Region

My Creative

If you want to design and create your own templates from scratch for various business types (e.g., Retail, Auto, Service, etc.,) and save them under your account for use across advertisers within the same business type, select this option from your account menu.

To create new templates from using this option:

  • Select the “Create New” button in the left upper corner.
  • Choose a business type and ad format.
  • Select the template on the canvas and design it by dragging and dropping creative widgets from the menu on the left.
  • Once your template is complete, name it. The new template will automatically be saved as a private template in “My Templates”. To add a template from “My Templates” to your campaign, open your campaign’s Creative page and select the template from “My Templates”.
  • You can work on multiple templates for different ad formats and business types on the same canvas simultaneously. Each template is saved in “My Templates” under its associated business type.
