Maybe you were waiting for approval, maybe it was the campaign of a lifetime but had to be paused while the advertiser re-stocked their inventory; either way it’s time to restart a campaign that has been turned off.
RESTART/RESUME A CAMPAIGN
Turn the status on
To turn the campaign on, toggle the status to ‘On’ by following the steps below.
1.
Make sure you are editing the correct Advertiser by clicking the Advertiser name dropdown in the blue-outlined box at the top of your screen.
2.
Select the desired Advertiser by clicking on its name.
3.
If you are already editing that specific Advertiser, click on Campaigns, to the right of the Adacado logo at the top left of your screen.
4.
From the campaigns page, click the red slider on the campaign you wish to restart.
5.
The slider should now appear green, and say On.
Congratulations! You’ve successfully restarted a campaign.
