If you no longer want to use product data for your campaigns and want to avoid accumulating product costs, you can use the Delete option on the product settings page to delete your data feed configuration and remove all products associated with it. Depending on the product inventory your campaign uses, you can delete the data feed at the advertiser level or at the campaign level.
When you set up a data feed configuration for an advertiser’s first campaign, the configuration and products are saved to the advertiser and the product data is available to all campaigns for that advertiser. These products are called advertiser products because they can be used in all the campaigns of that advertiser.
The advertiser product list includes both products created with the data feed configured in the advertiser product settings and campaign-only products created with a separate data feed configuration at the campaign level. The number of products listed on the “Advertiser Products” page is used to calculate the advertiser’s product cost.
At the advertiser level, you have two options to delete your data feed and remove products: “Delete Product Feed” and “Delete All”. Learn how each option works and choose the one that best suits your needs.
You can select this deletion option if you wish to delete the product inventory generated by the data feed configured in the “Advertiser Product Settings”.
NOTE: Product Costs
If 0 products are displayed on the “Advertiser Products” page after deletion, product costs will be incurred up to and including the day of deletion, and no further product costs will be incurred after that. If campaign-specific products appear in the “Advertiser Products” list, you will continue to incur product costs for those products.
You can select this option if you no longer want to use your product data and incur product costs across all campaigns created by an advertiser.
Access the “Advertiser Products Settings” page by clicking “Products” in the advertiser drop-down menu in the header.
On the “Advertiser Products” page, click “Settings” on the left to open the “Advertiser Products Settings” page.
Choose a delete option and click the “Delete Product Feed’ or the “Delete All” button at the top right of the “Advertiser Product Settings “ page.
A warning message appears when you click each of these buttons. Please read this message carefully and click the red delete button to delete the data feed and remove products from the advertiser.
Clicking the delete button will immediately delete the data feed configurations and products, depending on the deletion option selected.
Advertiser Products
You can regenerate your advertiser product inventory at any time by re-adding the data feed from the “Advertiser Product Settings” page.
If you want to create products for use only in a specific campaign, you can start your data feed configuration by selecting the “Add and use products for this campaign only” option on the “Campaign Product Settings” page. Adding products on the campaign level means that products will only be accessible from within this campaign that you are creating.
Deleting a data feed at the campaign level will only result in the deletion of the data feed configuration set up for a specific campaign and products associated with that campaign only. This removal does not affect the data feed set at the advertiser level and advertiser products being used for other campaigns.
Access the “Campaign Products Settings” page by clicking “Product Data” in the campaign drop-down menu in the header or the “Product Data” tab in the footer.
Make sure your data is configured to “Continue using products only for this campaign” and that your data feed and products are specific to this campaign. Once everything is verified, click the “Delete Product Feed’ button on the right.
Read the warning message carefully in the pop-up and click the red delete button when you are ready to delete the data feed configuration and products used only for this campaign.
Clicking the delete button will immediately delete the data feed configurations and products for the campaign.

Campaign Products
To stop all campaigns immediately, and to prevent any further charges, it is best to disable the advertiser where the campaigns were created from. Disabling an advertiser will remove all current product data from Adacado databases and if you re-enable the advertiser later on, Adacado will attempt to reprocess all data anew.
