Offer Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“TERMS”) are entered into by Adacado Technologies Inc. (“ADACADO”) and the entity executing these Terms or that accepts these Terms electronically (“CUSTOMER”). These Terms govern Customer’s use of Adacado’s promotional offer (the “OFFER”). By using or accessing the Offer, customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as the Adacado terms of service and policies (click here to read). This agreement is legally binding so please read these terms carefully.

1. Eligibility: The Offer is open only to those who sign up for a new account in Adacado on or after October 4, 2021. Accounts created before this date will not be able to claim the Offer. The Offer is subject to all applicable federal, provincial (state) and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Adacado, as final and binding as it relates to the content and its interpretation.
3. Offer Value: Adacado will match a percentage of what the customer spends in Adacado. Whatever the customer spends on day 1, Adacado will match a percentage of that spend amount on day 2. This spend and match pattern are to be applied as follows:
   1. Adacado will match 100% of the Customer’s spend in Adacado within the first 30 days following the account’s creation (30 calendar days beginning on and including the date of sign-up).
4. Terms: Adacado reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offer for any reason at any time, and without notice. Adacado reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Offer or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
   1. Adacado has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the offer, to void eligibility for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple accounts from the same customer with different email addresses; multiple accounts from the same company in excess of that allowed by the Offer rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means.
   2. By accepting the Offer, you agree to receive email newsletters and notifications periodically from Adacado. You can opt-out of receiving this communication at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the newsletter.
