In this guide I will walk you through the basics of getting started with Adacado Display Advertising. This guide is meant to help advertisers like you navigate the platform in the most efficient way possible. Follow along to learn how to build and launch your campaigns in as little as 5 minutes!

1. Set-up your advertiser

First, set-up your advertiser! This is where you will identify the business you will be advertising on behalf of. The advertiser can be a brand or company. All you need to do is define your business, and fill in the information accordingly.

Note: Underneath your advertiser, you will have a list of your campaigns that you have created. More about campaigns in the next step!

2. Create a new campaign and give it a name

Next you will create a new campaign and give it a name. It is best practice to name your campaign in accordance to the type of ads you will be building. For example, if you are building a brand awareness campaign for Brand A, name it “Brand Awareness Brand A”.

3. Choose your ad theme

Now for the fun part! Browse through our library full of ad themes built for all business types. Choose an ad theme that best resembles your brand style, and don’t worry – you have the ability to add your own brand logo and company images. More about that in the next step!

4. Upload your assets

Now, upload your image assets (brand logo and background image), and choose a strong CTA (call-to-action) button. Depending on your business type, you may want to choose a CTA such as ‘Shop Now’ if you are a retail business or ‘Learn More’ if you provide a service.

5. Choose your campaign settings and go live

Choose your campaign target/objective based on your advertising and business goals. Your campaign target/objective defines how your campaign will run, and the results you should expect to see.

Lastly, choose your ad delivery settings. This is where you will select how many ads you would like served per day, as well as audience targeting options such as where your ads are shown (location and browser type).

And that’s it… it’s time to go live!

Note: It’s important to have an advertising goal in mind before selecting your campaign target!
